A FREE Make and Take Demonstration….. July 27, 2008

……………..was held at my place this afternoon.  The theme was Christmas and featured embossing, chalking and the two-step stamping technique.

Today I ran the Christmas Cards workshop – “Traditional with a twist” at my place in Hazelbrook.  There were four guests who created fabulous cards – at times giving their cards an individual look.

I had lots of fun watching my guests create their cards.  Even after all this time I still find it amazing that a few simple pieces of card and paper can so quickly be transformed into stunning cards.

Christmas Card Workshop July 25, 2008

Tomorrow (Saturday 26th at 1.30) I’ll be holding a 5PQ workshop at my place in Hazelbrook.  I’ve been working this afternoon making the cards and preparing the kits and equipment.  I’m very pleased with the way the cards look – I call them traditional with a twist!

 Each card is made with a different stamp and a different stamp pad.  The techniques can be used in scrapbooking, and of course you can adapt the ideas in your card making.

Now if you like the look of the cards but can’t come along tomorrow – then you could gather 5 or more friends and host your own workshop.  (Each person pays $20 for the workshop.)  Or get yourself on my email list – because I’ll be running this workshop again in August/September!

Just packed an order July 25, 2008

I’ve just had a pleasant time packing the orders for the last “Make and Take” demonstration.  The best part is packing all the FREEbies for the host – and a couple of the guests got some FREEbies that are on offer this month too!

Welcome to my new blog.  I plan to update daily – or at least a few times a week – and I’d love to read your comments especially once I start uploading photos.
