Spring Time Spritz Cards

Mayhem Book
A great little scrapbook – you can’t see them in the photo – but its loaded with tags tucked into the pages which you can put photos on. Today I held a workshop at my place for the “Waterfall Flip Tag Album”. Its easy to make – and once you know the trick to getting the mechanics of it right – its a very impressive little brag book! First – here’s the cover…….

……… it features papers and bazzil from the “Blossom” assortment.
And then when you open it up………….

…………. on the left hand side is a family photo and a vellum embellishment. On the right hand side is a series of six overlapping mini pages – each with a photo. On the far right is a tab with ribbon embellishment. When you pull on the tab ……………
The waterfall effect
………. the six mini pages cascade like a waterfall. It is not as hard as it looks and very satisfying to make.
It can be a brag book or part of a scrapbook 12×12 layout. You could also make it so it is part of a layout – but removable!

Today I ran the Christmas Cards workshop – “Traditional with a twist” at my place in Hazelbrook. There were four guests who created fabulous cards – at times giving their cards an individual look.

Tomorrow (Saturday 26th at 1.30) I’ll be holding a 5PQ workshop at my place in Hazelbrook. I’ve been working this afternoon making the cards and preparing the kits and equipment. I’m very pleased with the way the cards look – I call them traditional with a twist!
Christmas Cards to be made at workshop
Each card is made with a different stamp and a different stamp pad. The techniques can be used in scrapbooking, and of course you can adapt the ideas in your card making.
Now if you like the look of the cards but can’t come along tomorrow – then you could gather 5 or more friends and host your own workshop. (Each person pays $20 for the workshop.) Or get yourself on my email list – because I’ll be running this workshop again in August/September!
